A little background information: We had date and oat muffins yesterday morning. Dates are one of my favorite things, but not everyone in our family is keen on them.
Wow, I am surprised! Dates are so sweet. I have always loved them. Do you use dried? I cannot imagine anyone trying a gooey sweet date and not liking it. :)

I heartily agree! I have a big container of dates from Sam's and I LOVE a gooey, melty date in muffins and bread.
