Cranberry Salsa!

Cranberry Salsa
Something easy and fresh to brighten these holidays- chock-full of antioxidants to help guard against germs and keep us healthy!

1 bag of cranberries, 12 ounces fresh or frozen
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
3 green onions, white and light green part only (or 1/2 of a small onion)
2 limes, juiced
1 garlic clove
1/4 cup sweetner of choice
salt to taste
optional- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped

process all in a blender until medium consistency.  serve immediately or refrigerate.
