We're at the farm! (And thanks to my technically savvy, will-be-engineer brother, there is a picture on my blog at LAST! It's at the very bottom of the page.)
We made it one week before the first "incident." (of course, there were lots of happy little incidents in that time... and I guess if you consider the power steering problems I had with the van, then there were definitely more incidents than one. ANYway, I digress. . . )
The boys were up at the shop. I was in the house with Livia and Cara. I knew that Dad had recently gone up to the shop, so I assumed that he had intercepted Owen and Rhyle (plus, Zach had been up there, too.) I just finished saying to Cara, "I wonder what my boys are doing. I think I had better walk up there and check on them."
No sooner were the words out of my mouth, then through the window I see Owen, sitting tall and proud and riding Zach's 4-wheeler down the driveway to the front of the house- ALONE.
The truth is that the 4-Wheeler wasn't ON.. . it was just in neutral, which allowed Rhyle to give Owen one big push and send him down the hill from the shop. Dad had just left to walk to the house when he heard Owen say, "Rhyle, push me." And I must admit, Owen was able to steer and safely navigate down the hill.
But STILL! When you see your 5 year old driving anything it's a bit of a shock.

Your picture is so cute! You and the kids are adorable!
Glad the incident wasn't harmful (although it probably was to your heart as you watched in fear)! I pray for your continued safety there!
