"Dear God, This is Your day- I always say 'this is your day' because it makes Him happy- that you have made and we don't know what we are going to do, but You do.
Oh, to have the faith of a child and the uninhibited desire to please our God. Is that not what we are called to do? To glorify him and bless him and praise him and make him happy by obeying and honoring him. Such a simple prayer, and yet I'm sure that God smiled and that his heart swelled with pride and pleasure.
